Noche de San Juan

At the summer solstice, Spain celebrates a rich tradition known as „Noche de San Juan.“ On this night, 23.06.2024, people gather to celebrate the longest daylight of the year. Along the coastal beaches, families and friends come together to light bonfires, share food, drinks and dance. It is customary to jump into the sea at midnight to cleanse oneself and seek luck and health for the upcoming year.
