The DER Touristik Destination Services AG is our service and tour guide organization that offers worldwide services for tour operators of DERTOUR and two other tour operators.

With the DMC headquarters steering all business activities mainly from Germany (Cologne and Frankfurt), further offices in Spain (Palma de Mallorca) and Switzerland (Wilen b. Wollerau) support with truly international teams, underlining our claim as a global player.
Our network of 22 destination management companies (DMCs) currently encompasses around 1,700 employees and 72 offices in
30 destinations worldwide. 4 million guests a year avail themselves of the services we provide.

From hotel reservations, to transfers, for bookings or other services such as excursions, your guests can rely on DERTOUR Group as a solid partner for their travel arrangements.

Given the multifaceted nature and complexity, it is clear: that sustainability cannot be achieved overnight. Instead, it is a long and continuous process of transformation that requires thought and cooperation from all those involved. That is why we at DER Touristik DMC network are working with our service providers, in industry initiatives and together with civil society on sustainable further developments and improvements. Our DMCs are members of Travelife. That provides us access to Travelife’s expertise and resources, and we benefit in terms of certifying our own DMCs. Currently, we have started the process to work step by step towards complying with international sustainability standards.
